Born in 1958, Kanazawa, Ishikawa, Japan, Toshio Ohi Chozaemon XI is a visual artist, designer, lecturer, judge and member of numerous associations.

His artwork is collected in the USA, Brazil, Europe, Asia and Japan. He has been exhibiting for over 30 years and he is the recipient of numerous awards.
